 I'm Martin Wells. We may have met before: perhaps you listened to one of my lectures; maybe we met at a university or during an intercompany project meeting when I was employed by Cadbury Schweppes.

I'm now operating as a chocolate consultant after more than 20 years in the confectionery industry. You may be new to chocolate technology and find the terms rather confusing. I'd be pleased to tailor a training programme to meet your own or your company's needs. Maybe you're having problems tempering chocolate or getting the right chocolate weight on your finished units. I'd be glad to help with my knowledge of chocolate flow behaviour.
